Caliche Lead Alerts. Texts come from a dedicated Caliche number, listed here once text alerts launch. Text messages about new commercial build-out leads in Texas that match your trade, service area and filters, plus messages about your alerts (for example, confirming that you signed up or that you opted out).
How you opt in
You opt in by checking the separate, optional text-message box on our signup form and giving your mobile number. The box is never checked for you. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Our first text confirms your enrollment: “Caliche: You’re signed up for lead alerts. Up to 3 msgs/day. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel.”
Message frequency
Message frequency varies with the leads that match your filters, up to 3 messages per day. We send texts only between 8am and 9pm, your local time.

How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT also work. We’ll send one text confirming you’re unsubscribed, and then no more texts. To start again, check the text-message box in your settings or reply START.
