Verification
What “verified” means, and what it doesn’t.
We’d rather tell you exactly what you’re getting. Every lead card shows these checks, and each one means something specific.
The checks on every lead card
Tenant identified
Tenant identifiedThe company name comes from the state filing itself or from public sources that match the address and project.
The card tells you which: “named in state filing” or “matched by address and project.”
Verified email
Verified emailThe address passed a deliverability check with an email-verification service shortly before we sent you the lead. It doesn’t mean the person will answer.
The card shows when the check ran, for example “checked 2 days ago.”
Title
Source shownTitles come from public sources such as company websites and business directories.
People change jobs, so we show where the title came from.
Phone numbers
As publishedPhone numbers are shown as published in the state filing or on the company’s own site.
We don’t call them “direct cell” unless we know they are.
Catch-all email domains
LabeledSome big companies accept mail for any address, so their emails can’t be fully verified.
We label those and never sell them as fully verified.
No decision-maker found
Digest onlyNot every filing gets a verified decision-maker. When we can’t find one, we say so.
The lead stays in the Free and Pro digest instead of being sold as a claim.
If a contact is bad
Report it. Get a credit.
If the email bounces, the person has left, or it’s the wrong company, tap “Report bad contact” within 7 days of your claim. You get an instant credit for your next claim. No forms, no arguing.
Claims are paid in credits rather than cash refunds. If you’re ever charged twice, or two buyers in the same trade claim the same lead, we refund automatically.
