Field guide

What each part of a lead tells you.

How verification works

  • Project line

New build-out, the county, and the kind of space: office, medical office, warehouse office and so on.

  • Company and move

Who is moving in, how much space, and where. On a real lead the company name is never marked as an example.

  • Est. cost

The estimated construction cost from the state filing. You set the minimum project size you want to see.

  • Tenant-funded

Yes when the company moving in is paying for the work. Some trades only want these, so you can filter for them.

  • Construction and move-in

The estimated start and completion dates from the filing, and the window when the company will likely move in.

  • Checks

Each check says what we confirmed and how. A green mark is verified; anything we couldn’t fully verify is labeled. See how verification works.

  • Contact

The decision-maker’s name, email and phone. Hidden until you claim the lead.

  • Architect & owner contacts

The design firm and owner contacts as published in the filing. Included on every plan.

  • Claim

The price and the trade you’re claiming for. Each lead can be claimed once per trade, and the card shows how many other trades have claimed it.
